First Friday Mosaics - Hanging your Mosaics FEB 7 2020
The FIRST FRIDAY of every month, 1030 am - noon.
On the first Friday of the month, we have a short 1.5-hour session - part social, part educational - on mosaic tips, tricks, and techniques offered by a variety of talented mosaic artists and guest speakers. Most sessions have a hands-on component, as well. It's a great way to learn what is going on in the world of mosaics or to practice techniques. Also, feel free to bring your mosaics to share with the group!

What a pain! You need to hang your finished mosaic but what is the best way to do it? So many hardware choices: Sawtooth hangers, D-rings, lock washers, Wedi washers, what? And how do you tie that dang picture wire? Bring your piece...Registration fee includes tips, use of tools, and a set of hanging hardware. Come for refreshments and camaraderie, as well!
Limited to 12 participants. Minimum age 18.
Held at Blue Raven Art School (720 E Prince Rd).
Class and workshop registration fees are non-refundable. If you miss a class, you can take another of the same value within 3 months of the original one or give it to someone else. However, you need to send me an email to make these changes.
